With the WE CARE Patient Payment Program from Medfinancial, you have the choice to break your payments into affordable monthly installments spread over 12, 24, 36, 48, or 60 months.
Better than using a credit card.
If you choose to carry a balance over 12 months, you can elect to pay it back over 24, 36, 48, or 60 months — we are confident we will find a payment plan that works for you. But unlike a credit card — if you ever miss a payment — you won't be charged a late fee. And, your interest rate won't go up. Also there are no pre-payment or early penalties fees for pre-payment or paying off balances early.
We don't require a credit check. You qualify automatically. Just as long as you have a valid proof of identity (driver's license, resident card, military ID) and a current address and phone number, you can participate in WE CARE. Just fill out the application completely and you'll be accepted.

If the medical facility providing your service is participating in the WE CARE Patient Payment Program, follow the easy steps below.
Fill out our short application.
Applying for WE CARE is simple. Make sure your provider participates with our program and then fill out the application. The WE CARE one-page application is easy to complete, and no credit check is necessary.
Choose your payment plan.
You decide how to finance your healthcare costs by choosing the number of months you would like to repay based on your balance. The 12-month repayment plan is guaranteed interest free, and you may be eligible for a zero interest plan for 24, 36, 48 or 60 months.
We follow up with you.
Following your visit to a provider, we’ll contact you to confirm the information you’ve provided as well as the payment plan you’ve selected. We’ll also answer all your questions. Plus, we’ll supply you with multiple ways to contact us directly via phone, email or online log-in so you can make payments, check balances or find information.

During your repayment period, our compassionate and understanding Customer Care representatives are available Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. EST, and 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST on Friday to answer your questions and provide you with the support you need.

Simplify Your Life with AutoPay
AutoPay allows you to make your payments by automatically deducting them each month from a checking or savings account that you designate. The payments will be made in a timely manner, and you won't have to worry about mailing in a check each month or making the payments yourself online.
To sign up for AutoPay, print the Automatic Debit Authorization Form in English or in Spanish, and complete. To submit, you can:
- scan and save the file in order to upload on our email form (click the 'Browse' button beside of 'Upload File' to browse for your saved form) OR
- mail to the Medfinancial address at the top of the form
